Recently, Shenyang held the Sibe People's Fourth Dragon Boat Festival on Muddy Ground themed on "Rowing on the Muddy Ground, Enjoying Zongzi in Shenbei New District" in the Rice Dream Space of Shenbei New District.

　　As a great highlight of the Sibe People's Fourth Dragon Boat Festival on Muddy Ground, the main stage of the launching ceremony was set in the rice field. The actor acting as the "tourist" entered the stage area by riding in a small train and then danced together with the Sibe people while participating in activities of unique folk customs.

　　During the performance, actors performed dances with ethnic features, such as Beilun Dance and Butterfly Dance. The models dressed up in a special manner brought a creative show to the audience. Their novel costumes highlighted the ethic features of the Sibe people or cultural connotations relevant to rice and Zongzi .

　　During the festival, the scenic area of Rice Dream Space also held a variety of interesting competitions on making Zongzi, holding eggs on head and picking beans with chopsticks.

　　In recent years, Shenbei New District has developed a series of novel industrial projects of "Featured Culture + Resources + Industries", including Mud Festival of the Sibe People, Sophora Flower Festival of Shenyang Strange Slope as well as Ice and Snow Festival, in order to promote the rapid development of emerging industries and contribute to the construction of regional towns and garden-like communities.
