September 8 witnessed the sixth session of the first Brand Promotion Event of Liaoning's High-Quality and Featured Agricultural Products. This session was centered on promoting Tieling City's featured agricultural products.

　　Themed on "Plentiful Resources, Best Quality", the event comprehensively promoted brands of three major agricultural products, namely Tieling's hazelnuts, Xifeng's sika deer, and Changtu's black pigs. Online promotion made Tieling's exemplary brands known to more and boosted relevant industries.

　　The event leveraged new medias to carry out continuous promotion, and the Internet is quite effective in promoting agricultural products, showcasing new measures, new achievements and new highlights in the development of its high-quality and featured agricultural brands.

　　After the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Changtu's black pigs were recognized as geographically indicated agricultural products in 2018. Tieling's hazelnuts boast a long history and were listed in China's Top Agricultural Brands in November, 2019. Through deep processing of Changtu's sorghum flour, featured agricultural products including wheatmeal, cold noodles and pancakes were made.
